I really love Macro photography and didn't have a real macro lens for my Nikon. So i finaly bought one. It's a Tamron 90mm f/2.8 sp di vc usd and i like it already. I used to make macro pictures with the old M42 vintage lenses (as you can read about here) and i still use them because they are great, buts it's a lot more of an challange to use. Close to where i live there is a beautifull forrest called Twickel. Every season it's a great place to make some beautifull pictures. Here are some pictures i made in Twickel.

Who says weeds and especially dandelions are not beautiful? A couple of days ago i made these pictures of Dandelions in front of a sunset. This is only a minute away from where i live.

Spring is one of the most beautiful season of the year. All the flowers and blossoms that bloom. All their beautifull colours. Everywhere i looked i saw all the beauty around me. So of course I had to take some pictures. I brought my Sigma 1.4 50mm f/1.4 ex dg hsm and my Pentacon 135mm 2.8 (zebra version with 15 aperture blades) with me and tested the diffrence between them.

Begin of April i went to a bird hide with some friends. This was the first time i shot some pictures of birds. The weather wasn´t that great , but it was really fun though.
